We invite you with a great joy to deepen our shared dance skills under the attentive eye of Milan Kozanek. To ensure more personal character of participants exchange during the classes, the workshops will be held in a smaller, constant group of 16 to 18-people! Meetings have been planned to take place regularly, every second month, according to the belowed schedule:

Curriculum of this program rests on the philosophical basis of the nature of dance, natural movement of the body, mind and energy. The focus will be also held to explore innovative art forms and authenticity of dance.
During the first two meetings Milan wants to focus on the body structure and deepening the advancement of the movement by extending the knowledge of the Anatomy of the Movement. This information? will be developed in a New Dance Technique and Contact Improvisation. The next three meetings (also led through New DanceTechnique classes, Improvisation and Contact Improvisation) will be focused on cultivation of energy and mind with main direction to creativity?.
Regular meetings are meant for people with experiences with body work (dancers, dance students, dance and art therapists, dance teachers, actors…). Because the number of participants in a group is limited, please, contact us as soon as possible. Priority will be given to people who are interested in the whole study. There will be also possibility to participate in particular weekends, but only for limited number of participants.

Who will pay till 18th of September 2011 for 5 meetings 1100,- PLN (220,- per one weekend, 2.5 days of work)
After 18th of September 2011 - 1200,- PLN (240,-per one weekend)
separate weekend 270- PLN
For those who would have difficulty to pay the whole payment at once we can offer the partial payment. It will be individual question.

My approach of teaching dance is to look on dance as an holistic idea. Focusing from that physicality where we are concentrated on the kinestetic quality of the body, respecting the gravity and letting pass the gravity through all part, all small details of anatomy of the body –body structure with attention on the alignment. To not reduce it only on physics, but include the whole person on this process. Unite this developing process with emotion, mental process (you do not know) and energy (chi). I´m looking for the simplest principles and concepts. My interest is that the experiences what the students receive are applicable in the other dance form and not only in dance. Every day the beginning of the workshop will start with anatomy of the movement where we will focusing on some part of the body structure, and this ideas we will develop later in the New Dance technique and Contact Improvisation.
